SUMMARY OF TRADING POLICY
The Board has adopted a policy and procedure on dealing in the Company's securities by directors, officers and employees which prohibits dealing in the Company's securities when those persons possess inside information. It also requires employees and directors to notify the chairman of the Company prior to trading, which written notification should include a declaration that that individual is not in possession of inside information.
